This document provides requirements on the workflow and quality assessment of single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data processing for eukaryotic cells. This document provides guidelines for raw data quality control, alignment and mapping, and cell barcode correction for single cell RNA sequencing. This document specifies the requirements for visualization and cell type identification of scRNA-seq data.
