Geografinė informacija. Geodezinės koordinatės. 2 dalis. Geodezinių antžeminių stočių unikalusis identifikavimas (ISO/DIS 19161-2:2026)

This standard will provide a description of the numbering system replacing the DOMES numbering. The description of the DOMES numbering can be found in MERIT/COTES joint working groups, MERIT campaign: connection of reference frames, implementation plan, 1983. The standard will provide to the geodetic data producers and users a proper identification of the permanently instrumented stations, (e.g. those used in the production of the International Terrestrial Reference Frame and other similar stations), with special emphasis on the backward compatibility with existing DOMES numbers, which will have a positive impact on interoperability issues when merging several data from different communities. This standard will: • support interoperability among GNSS providers (GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BEIDOU, …) • clarify the potential confusion between communities which have already adopted their own numbering systems • support the UNGGIM GGRF resolution on global geodetic infrastructure.

Darbo vietos oras. Frakcijų granuliometrinės sudėties apbrėžimai ore esančioms dalelėms matuoti

This document specifies sampling conventions for airborne particle size fractions to assess health-related exposure resulting from the inhalation of particles in workplace atmospheres. Conventions are defined for the inhalable, thoracic and respirable fractions. The sampling conventions only describe the inhalation of particles and their penetration in the respiratory tract as governed by inertia (impaction). Exhaled particles and deposition in the respiratory tract by other mechanisms, e.g. diffusion, are not considered in this document. The sampling conventions defined in this document apply to both indoor and outdoor workplaces. The conventions assume particles penetration and only oral breathing as a worst-case scenario. Nevertheless, the conventions are applicable to both oral and nasal breathing. The conventions are defined based on assumptions given in Clause 6. The choice of convention for a specific application depends on the region of the respiratory tract affected by the health impact of the particle component of interest (see Clause 5). The conventions can be applied to various metrics, including particle number, length, surface area, volume, or mass, depending on the type of particle analysis performed on the sampled aerosol fraction. The health-related fraction concentrations defined in this document are often expressed as the mass of sampled particles per volume of sampled air to allow comparison with mass-based occupational exposure limit values. The conventions primarily apply to the aforementioned metrics, however, they are not applicable to situations involving limit values expressed in a different metric, such as fibre limit values defined by length, diameter, and aspect ratio, unless a measurement procedure explicitly specifies sampling a particular health-related size fraction [11]. The primary objective of this document is to establish standardized conventions for health-related particle size fractions. Sampling is generally carried out using dedicated samplers, for which there is no need to measure the aerodynamic size distribution of the airborne particles to be sampled. Samplers separating airborne particles into one or more relevant fractions are currently available. In general, no assumptions or pre-knowledge are needed on the number of modes, modal diameter(s) or width of the particle aerodynamic size distribution of the airborne particles to be sampled. The conventions in this document are intended to be used for the determination of the exposure of an average worker based on average penetration curves. This document is not intended to determine the deposited dose of an individual worker. The conventions are primarily intended for assessing workers’ exposure to airborne particles by sampling the airborne particles. This document does not apply to large particles emitted at high speed that travel due to their initial momentum, instead of being carried by the air (airborne) and aspirated into humans’ respiratory tract and aerosol samplers by suction (see Annex B). All wind speeds referenced throughout this document are based on the relative speed between the worker and the surrounding air.

This document in the series specifies a compliance test providing information on leaching of granular waste materials, sludges, soil, soil-like materials and sediments under the experimental conditions specified hereafter, and particularly a liquid to solid ratio of 10 L/kg dry matter. It applies to materials which have a particle size below 10 mm without or with size reduction. This document has been developed to investigate the leaching of inorganic and non-volatile organic substances from granular waste materials, sludges, soil, soil-like materials and sediments. It does not take into account the consequences of microbiological processes in organic degradable materials. The test procedure specified in this document produces an eluate which is subsequently characterized physically and chemically according to appropriate standard methods. This document includes two different procedures for eluate preparation prior to analysis, one procedure for non-volatile organic substances, inorganic substances and DOC and one for inorganic substances and DOC. When assessing only the leaching of inorganic substances and DOC, certain precautions needed when assessing the leaching of organic substances can in some cases be omitted. This procedure cannot be applied to materials with a water content or such a water affinity that a good mixing of the solid with the predetermined quantity of liquid is not achievable. This procedure does not apply to materials reacting with the leachant, leading, for example, to excessive gas emission, a solidifying effect or an excessive heat release. In that case, the material can be wetted prior to carrying out the leaching test. This test cannot be used alone to determine the leaching behaviour of granular waste materials, sludges, soil, soil-like materials and sediments, as specified in EN 12920. This document does not address issues related to health and safety.

Vandens kokybė. Technecis 99. 2 dalis. Tyrimo metodas taikant induktyviai sužadintos plazmos masių spektrometriją (ICP-MS) (ISO/DIS 22125-2:2026)

Warning — Persons using this document should be familiar with normal laboratory practice. This document does not purport to address all of the safety problems, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user to establish appropriate safety and health practices. Warning — It is absolutely essential that tests conducted in accordance with this document be carried out by suitably qualified staff. This document specifies methods to determine 99Tc by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS) in supply water, drinking water, rainwater, surface and ground water, marine water, as well as cooling water, industrial water, domestic, and industrial wastewater after proper sampling, handling, and test sample preparation. The detection limit depends on the sample volume, the instrument used, the background count rate, the detection efficiency, the counting time, and the chemical yield. The detection limit of the methods described in this document, using currently available ICP-MS instrumentation, is approximately 0,2 ng·l−1 to 0,5 ng·l−1 (0,1 Bq·l−1 to 0,3 Bq·l−1), which is much lower than the WHO criteria for safe consumption of drinking water (100 Bq·l−1)[4]. The methods presented in this document are not intended for the determination of ultratrace amount of 99Tc. The methods described in this document are applicable in the event of an emergency situation, but not if 99mTc is present at quantities that could cause interference. Filtration of the test sample is necessary for the methods described in this document if suspended solids are present. The analysis of 99Tc adsorbed to suspended matter is not covered by this method. The analysis of the insoluble fraction requires a mineralization step that is not covered by this document. In this case, the measurement is made on the different phases obtained. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the validity of this test method for the water samples tested.
